My family booked with Brandt and his son for a half day. Couldn’t have been better. Wife and two kids (6 and 9) went out and caught Mangrove Snapper all morning. Watched 20+ manatees swim around our boat while we had a great time. They kept the kids outfitted with rods and bait the entire time (not an easy task). Professional outfit and warm friendly service. Would definitely book again.

I made a reservation for a 6 hour trip for me and two of my kids (18 and 25 years) from Europe. This was very easy and adequate information was given by Carolynn, the captain’s wife. ..we went out and had a wonderful time with captain Brandt. An experienced skipper who knows the area very well and has patience and great didactic skills for inexperienced fishermen. I would ( and will) book him again!!!

We have used Sanibel Custom Charters 2 different times, and this last trip did not disappoint. Captain Brandt is friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun to fish with. We spent four hours with Brandt and Sanibel Custom Charters. He has a beautiful comfortable boat and knows places to go find all kinds of fish. He is helpful to all on board whether experienced fishermen or not. We enjoyed our conversations with Brandt in periods when the fishing was slow We caught however a lot of fish and a variety of fish and overall had a great time.
